1. Eligibility
-
Open to regulated mental health practitioners (Jewish and allies).

Registrants must attend both days in full to be eligible for CE credits.
2. Fees & Payment
-
Regular fee: CAD $720
-
Early Bird fee: CAD $648 (valid Oct 1 – Dec 1, 2025)
-
Payments accepted by credit card only.
-
Participants are responsible for all processing fees, exchange rates, or banking charges.
3. Transfers
-
Registration is transferable to another mental health practitioner until January 15, 2026, subject to a CAD $50 administration fee.
4. Registration Deadline
-
Registration closes February 1, 2026.
5. Cancellation & Refunds (Attendee)
-
By Nov 1, 2025 (≥ 90 days): 75% refund, less $97 admin fee.

Nov 2 – Dec 15, 2025 (60–89 days): 50% refund, less $97 admin fee.
-
Dec 16, 2025 – Jan 15, 2026 (31–59 days): 25% refund, less $97 admin fee.
-
After Jan 15, 2026 (≤ 30 days): No refunds.
-
No refunds for no-shows or partial attendance.
6. Cancellation & Changes (Organizer)
-
ICFCR reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to low enrollment, facilitator illness, or force majeure.

In case of cancellation, registration fees will be refunded in full. ICFCR is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other costs.
7. CE Credits & Certificates
-
Eligible for CE credits as determined by the registrant’s regulatory body.

Must attend both days in full and complete attendance verification.
-
Certificates will be issued at the end of the workshop.
8. Conduct & Participation
-
Professional conduct is required. Harassment, discrimination, or disruption may result in removal without refund.

Training is educational, not therapy or clinical supervision.
-
Participants are responsible for their well-being and may step out if needed.
9. Confidentiality
-
Participants agree not to disclose personal or clinical material shared by others.
10. Accessibility
-
Requests for accommodations must be submitted at registration.

The venue does not provide meals; participants are responsible for their own food.
11. Intellectual Property
-
Training content, slides, and materials are the intellectual property of ICFCR.
-
Materials may be used only for personal clinical practice.
-
Redistribution, teaching, or commercial reuse is strictly prohibited.
12. Media & Testimonials
-
By attending, participants consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes unless they opt out in writing prior to the event.
-
Testimonials may be requested for marketing; participation is voluntary.
13. Health & Safety
-
Participants must not attend if experiencing symptoms of communicable illness.
-
ICFCR reserves the right to deny entry or request departure for health and safety reasons without refund.

Venue-specific safety policies (e.g., scent-free, mask requirements) must be followed.
14. Force Majeure
-
ICFCR is not liable for cancellations or modifications due to events beyond its control (natural disasters, pandemics, public health orders, venue closure, transportation shutdowns, etc.).
15. Privacy & Data Protection
-
Personal information is collected in accordance with BC’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
-
Information will be used for registration, CE verification, and communication.
-
Future marketing emails require express opt-in consent.
16. Grievance Procedure
-
Concerns or complaints should be submitted in writing to info@icfcr.ca.
-
ICFCR will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and provide a formal response within 10 business days.
17. Liability & Governing Law
-
Liability is limited to the registration fee paid.
-
Attendees indemnify ICFCR for any breach of these T&Cs.
