This comprehensive two-day foundations workshop addresses the multifaceted psychological, ethical, and cultural challenges faced by Jewish mental health practitioners operating within collective grief, systemic invalidation, professional isolation and antisemitism.
Participants will engage deeply with empirically grounded concepts of collective trauma, vicarious traumatization, minority stress, cultural responsiveness, and resilience strategies through the CHAI Method™.
This workshop is designed to foster clinical competence, professional sustainability, and professional & personal resilience amid pervasive identity-based stressors post-October 7, emphasizing evidence-based frameworks and theories and culturally attuned interventions.
